THE ROLE
This is a full-time, flexible role based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. As the e-Commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales and enhancing our digital presence. Key responsibilities include:
- E-Commerce Management: Oversee and optimise our Shopify and WooCommerce platforms, ensuring seamless online sales operations.
- Customer Service: Handle invoicing, warranties, and provide exceptional customer support.
- Campaign Execution: Lead and collaborate with the internal team to plan and execute e-Commerce campaigns and promotions across META, Google, and Mailchimp.
- Marketing Opportunities: Identify and capitalise on new marketing opportunities to drive growth.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media channels for all brands to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
- CRM & Sales: Utilise CRM data to acquire new customers and meet sales targets.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the e-Commerce P&L to meet marketing and sales financial objectives. Supply weekly and monthly reporting.
- Inventory, Warehouse & Logistics: Assist with inventory, warehouse operations, including pick and pack processes, to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the watersports industry and a proven track record in e-Commerce, sales, and marketing. You will also have/be:
- Experience in a similar role (operations, sales, marketing, or e-Commerce).
- A degree in e-Commerce, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Proficiency in Shopify, Wordpress, Google Analytics, META & Mailchimp.
- Strong computer skills, with Photoshop and web design skills being a bonus.
- A deep knowledge of or passion for the Surf, Windsurf, Kite, Foil, and/or SUP industry.
- Strong CRM, sales, and marketing administration skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Sales-driven with a strong customer focus.
- Well-presented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A team player who is willing to contribute beyond their role when needed.
- Legally authorised to work in Australia.
